Exchanges and Refunds
- Ready-to-Ship Orders: You may inspect your item before payment. If you decide not to keep it, return it with the courier and pay the shipping fee only.
- Exchanges: Return the item with the courier and pay the shipping fee, then place a new order.
- Custom Orders: Cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
